Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not yet available for immediate shipping. The estimated shipping date for pre-orders will be indicated on the product page.
  • Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time of purchase to secure your item.
  • Pre-order shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturer delays or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you via email if any changes occur.

Order Tracking & Updates

Returns & Cancellations

  • Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund before the pre-order period ends. After that, our standard return policy applies.
